Yes. The grade for each competency is calculated as min(HOW MANY, HOW OFTEN, TEM), following the EASA grading word picture (VENN model) in AMC4 ORO.FC.231(d)(1). The HOW MANY thresholds and the TEM outcome wording follow the same EASA framework.
